For your connections/monitors to work correctly you need to setup the ITmanager.net Private Network Connector (PNC). The connector acts as a VPN giving you secure access back to your IT network.

If you have setup the ITmanager.net Enterprise Server but you are still not able to connect, when configuring your connections/monitors, be sure select the last field called “Connect to Private Network” and from the drop down chose the “connector” you setup.
